Located
in the hotel and adjacent to the lobby , Evergreens serves breakfast
and dinner daily. Evergreens offers casual dining for the whole
family.
Wake up each morning and enjoy breakfast with us from 7am-10am with
menu items including made to order Omelets, French Toast, Biscuits
with Gravy, and Buttered Grits. A breakfast buffet is available on
some weekends.
After a day of enjoying the mountains, join us in the Evergreens
Lounge for a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine. We offer several
beers on draft, as well as bottles, and a reasonably priced wine
list that includes varieties from Chili, Spain, and the US.
Evergreens also offers a bar menu for guests who would like to wind
down watching sports on one of our flat screen TV’s in the bar area,
listening to music, or striking up a conversation with one of our
friendly bartenders.
In the summer months, Evergreens also has poolside tiki bar. It’s
the only one in the area. Enjoy a beverage while taking in the
picturesque mountains and breathing in the cool fresh mountain air.
Open seasonally, and weather permitting, the tiki bar is a great
place to enjoy fun and sun while relaxing right at the hotel.
For dinner, join us from 5pm-9pm in our mountain themed dining room
for one of the areas most distinct menus. Evergreens offers a
delicious menu of very affordable entrée’s, desserts, wines, and
more. After enjoying a seasonal appetizer or soup, our chef will
prepare one of our many dishes sure to excite your palate. Lobster
Ravioli, Filet Oscar, and Mountain Trout top the list of our guest’s
favorites dishes. We are Banner Elk’s most affordably elegant dining
experience.
Evergreens also caters for larger groups and functions in the hotels
3600 sq. ft. of meeting space located just off the lobby. From
meeting breaks to full meals, we can accommodate parties up to 400.
