Eggs Benedict. Made to order omelets, eggs, and the High Country’s
best Biscuits and Gravy are only a few items on the breakfast menu.
Experience the lunch menu which offers sandwiches, creative salads,
and wraps, along with burgers, and homemade soups. For dinner, enjoy
a cocktail and appetizer while deciding between one of the
extraordinary, mouth watering entrees. The dinner choices include
hand cut steaks,
chicken, ribs, and seafood selections.
We also offer nightly chef’s specials, and early bird specials.
The Fireside Grill also offers a relaxing, intimate lounge setting
for evening cocktails, or a late night cordial. Offering beer, wine,
house, and premium brand liquors, we invite you to stop by the
lounge
and enjoy a nightcap.
Room Service is available to hotel guests from the Fireside Grill,
and we offer full service catering for all of your reception,
